Cancellation Policy for Customized Candies
At Sweet Innovation, we understand that plans can change. However, as customized candies are made-to-order and personalized to your specifications, cancellations can impact our production schedule and materials.
- Cancellation Window:
- Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order without incurring a fee.
- After 2 hours, the order will proceed to production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
- Deposits and Fees:
- For orders that require a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled after the 2-hour window.
- No refunds will be available once production starts.
- Rush Orders:
- Rush orders (orders requiring expedited production) are non-cancellable and non-refundable. An additional fee may apply based on the required turnaround time.
- Modifications:
- If changes to the design, flavour, or personalization are needed, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
