- We are a Canadian company selling products only within Canada.
- All products are charged for in Canadian dollars (CAD).
DO I HAVE TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
- Yes, we ask you register for an account via our easy to use registration form found on our home page.
- By creating an account, you will be able to access your order history and access pricing.
- Because we care about privacy, all registrations are verified by a human and you will receive quick email once done.
I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING I DON'T OSEE ON YOUR SITE,
No problem! If you have something specific in mind, send us a quick note: hello maximillien to ask us about it. We may be able to special order or source what you are looking for. Doesn’t hurt to ask…
IS EVERYTHING SHOWN ON YOUR SITE IN STOCK?
- We do try to maintain certain stock levels but sometimes it is not in our control. Real time inventory is definitely on our personal wish list.
- If you have ordered an item not in stock, we will advise you before your order leaves our shipping dock.
- If there is a comparable product, we will always advise a substitution so you can choose to substitute or not.
I WANT CUSTOM LABEL PRODUCT BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START
- First thing to do is to check out the Custom Packaging options. Browsing the options will give you some ideas. If you have questions or are not sure about your options, simply contact us. We are here to help.
- Custom label starts at only 72 for in house design. In house labels are a great affordable option.
- For labels done out of house, such as metallic or die cut, we suggest having a minimum of 2,000 printed to keep label cost reasonable. Your labels will be pulled from as you order and we will advise when stock is at reorder level. We work with an amazing local printer and will send you a quote.
- For clear printing, Logos or Images you provide must be in in high resolution pdf or vector format minimum 300 DPI.

I WANT TO ORDER BUT DON'T NEED IT RIGHT AWAY. CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR DELIVERY AT A LATER DATE?
Absolutely! Let us know when and where you want your order and consider it taken care of and off your great long list of things to do.
IS THE A MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT?
- Our minimum order is only 150.00
- Please order products in full case amounts.
ONCE I GET MY ORDER, HOW DO I STORE MY ITEMS?
Storing your items to preserve freshness and extend dates is pretty easy. All products do best in a cool location and out of direct sunlight.
WHAT'S THE SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS?
- Products will have dates to indicate when peak freshness is. Dates range from 4-18 months depending on product. A rule of thumb is crackers and chips don’t stay fresh as long as nuts and candy.
- All dates are also noted on your packing slip and invoice for reference.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
- You work hard for your money and we appreciate your business and like to give breaks when we can.
- Discounts given for volume orders are determined at time of ordering. If you are looking for a quote, please contact us.
